I don’t need every interest to become a business.
I work full-time at Platinum and still take on a small number of long-term client projects. CyberWorld has a different job: it gives my own experiments a home. Some will become useful tools. Some will become strange experiences. Some are just questions worth spending time with. The common thread is curiosity, careful engineering, and making technology serve people.

Stop Wrapping the Frontier Harness
My AI assistant started as an OpenClaw-style harness on an old M1 Mac. Six months later it's an executive productivity tunnel on Omarchy, and the biggest lesson was to get out of the frontier harness's way instead of layering more constraints on top of it.

The AR Is the Wrapper. The Puzzle Has to Be the Fun.
Browser AR surprised me with how much it can do, but as an experience it's a novelty. The occult artifact puzzle is where the fun has to come from, and piling on more math isn't how I'm going to keep it there.

Years later, three signals stacked up at once: an old friend's question, dormant YouTube numbers out-pacing my paid work, and the speakers I'd sourced years ago mounted in a haunt I walked through. Then Meow Wolf chose Niantic. Then 8th Wall went open source. Here's why I'm picking it back up.
